   A little disapointed with the outcome of my hair cut and colour this time. The colour is much lighter than i had the previoys time i asked if it was the same colour and advised it was prior to it being applied. I could have also done with more cut off. I normally have my hair tonged but it was curled to a fashion with a straightener. Sadly it just does not work for this kind of styling so it was a disapointing result. The prices are high here and for that i would expect perfection. Saying all of the above has no impact on how pleasant my hairdresser was during my visit. The salon and people working in it all appeared to be friendly

   Shauna done my hair today and it’s so beautiful. The cut and the colour is exactly what I wanted! She was sooo attentive and super friendly and had plenty of tea and biscuits through my stay! 10/10

   Had my balayage and cut done by Shauna at Maxwell Hair and Beauty today and couldn't be happier with the results! She was fantastic - so friendly and professional throughout the whole appointment. The blonde colour turned out beautifully, exactly what I was hoping for. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend!

   I had the keratin straightening treatment done and it's absolutely amazing. My hair is curly, frizzy and very thick. This treatment is incredible. Shauna is amazing and I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who doesn't want the effort of blow drying and straightening their after each wash.

   I booked a series of six laser hair removal treatments and today was my second visit. On each occasion the salon has been busy to a level that gives a wonderful buzz without seeming overcrowded. The decor is elegant but accessible with the atmosphere relaxed and inviting. I was seen on time with the therapist offering a personally tailored service and guidance and I felt at ease in their capable hands. They are clearly up to date with the latest technology innovations whilst offering a wide variety of treatments delivered by a very friendly and skilled team who excel in the art of customer service. I would recommend without reservation.

   Had a wet hair cut, very friendly staff and nice that it had a rest room. I went today and asked for a new look , I wasn't all that clear on what I wanted but Jane who cut my hair was so patient and gave great advice. She would cut some and then talk me though it and make sure I was happy with it . She also gave me advice on how to use a hair product she used on me. Needless to say I was thrilled with the my new look. Would thoughly recommend this salon, they make you feel right at ease.
