    After feeling too overwhelmed to attend a group session the lovely receptionist came and spoke to me outside. She told me about one to one sessions they offer and suggested a time when she would be there. She also talked me through the summer time table. I went back for a one to one session and she was waiting for me to arrive and was so kind and supportive. The session was really good and the lady who took it was also really supportive and made me feel so comfortable. She followed it up with a phone call and offered support for as long as I needed it. Great service!
