   Tldr: Avoid for waxing. Snapped most of the hairs. I attended this establishment for waxing of the full leg and intimate area. I had gone over four weeks without shaving. The clinician Becky was absolutely lovely, very chatty and established a good rapport with me. The service was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The waxing broke off more hair than it pulled out. After approaching the salon to remedy this, I was asked to come back for another waxing session that I had with another clinician. This clinician helped to tidy up as best she could the patches that were missed. But I’m still left plucking has that are 8 mm long and I’m going to have to take a razor on holiday when I had hoped not to because of all the snapped hairs. Despite paying close to £100 and making two trips to the salon I would’ve been better off shaving.

   Lovely friendly salon- always made welcome and comfortable. Regular treatment which turned out perfect as always. Bethan is very professional and a credit to the salon- extrememly helpful with arranging future appointments too - nothing is too much trouble for her.
