   Brought my Mum here in late November for both of us to have back-to-back treatments, and WOW it was on another level! I had the Highlands and she had the Spell - both with the lovely and amazing Solbi who was phenomenal! The treatments themselves were another level of magic with bespoke music and aromatherapy that takes you to another world (way more transformative than your standard massage in any other spa). We’re both so so grateful to Solbi for working her magic with us! Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much. We were both bowled over by how above and beyond everyone went, how neurodivergent-aware-and-informed they were, and by every single part of the experience. Thank you both so much!

   Today i had the Rewilding Facial with Liz and it was incredible. I was a little early to my appointment but i was made welcome and go to sit down and relax before the consultation. I felt instantly at home! Lovely music, lovely smells and lovely service. Liz is fab at her job. Knowledgable and kind. The treatment felt amazing and I left feeling so much brighter after a bad start to my day. Even left with a kindness goody bag! Very happy. Thank you Cardiff Lush Team.

   I had no idea there was a spa treatment area in Lush. Everyone should know about it! Absolutely fantastic Comforter spa treatment from start to finish. The staff were so lovely and helpful, the treatment waiting area spacious and tranquil, the treatment was well explained and beautifully carried out by Jay. I didn't feel rushed or hurried afterwards. And I will definitely be returning.

   I can’t thank Jay enough for my synesthesia Treatment today. I am sitting here drinking tea after my treatment soaking up what I’ve just experienced. I feel quite emotional about how kind and lovely and well cared for I was today. Mentally in need of comfort and this was just what I needed. The treatment made me remember good memories and reflect while being emersed in song, there technique in the massage was in tune with the music and I was talked through everything and made to feel so comfortable and well informed with Jay. I have also a little treat to take away thank you Liz- I just love lush so much the people and the spa is just everything you need to step away from the hustle and bustle of life and to take yourself away somewhere to unwind, reflect and calm. Thank you so much, I’ll be booking more treatments in the future. x

   I had a tailor made massage with Leah, and it is safe to say it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I usually have Thai massages which are very firm pressure and Leah definitely delivered that which was amazing. The use of the cold jellies also felt amazing. Could have stayed there all day. Thank you!

   I had one of the best massages ever with Louise at Lush, Cardiff. The staff couldn't do enough for me. I liked how the massage was coordinated with the music & who'd have known sea shanties could be so relaxing! Louise listened to my preferences & used her skills & the lovely Lush products to give a thoroughly relaxing massage, unknotting my rather tense body along the way! Thank you, Louise & all.
