   It's a big shop with one of the largest gluten and dairy free isles of all the major supermarkets in the Cardiff area. They also keep it well stocked. I'd recommend the own brand onion rings. The Asda free from mayo is also tasty, good to use as like a sour cream substitute for fajitas as the consistency is not too thick and you can squeeze it out of the bottle like a pro chef!

   Terrible experience with ASDA via Uber Eats. I ordered 6 packs of onions — they delivered only 2 packs but charged me for all 6. The bananas they sent were completely overripe and unusable. To make things worse, the Uber Eats “Help with an order” button didn’t even work, leaving me with no way to report the issue. This isn’t the first time ASDA Cardiff has been in trouble — they were recently fined £640k for selling out-of-date food, and clearly nothing has improved. If this is how they treat online customers, I dread to think what’s happening in-store. Avoid ordering from this store if you care about getting what you paid for.

   Absolutely appalling service. One manned checkout available . Trolleys queuing down the aisles. The one person on the checkout was not helpful and kept saying “Self-Service is open” I am not employed by Asda, I don’t get any of the staff discounts. Needless to say, I won’t be back!

   Firstly would like to say thank you to lily at the scan and go had some difficulty with scan and go and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Absolute credit she is to the store. I rate 3 due to a worker shouting at my 6 year old daughter. she didn’t want my daughter to hurt herself by playing with the trolley. But the need to shout at her was not acceptable to me, she should have approached me not my daughter, she had the whole queue staring at her from where she had shouted at her. It didn’t help she had to wait 30 minutes for us to just pay for our shop due to tills errors. I was getting impatient let alone a child. Not happy at all about the situation. Will be looking into taking it further. She was so scared and upset. Won’t be happening again as I won’t be returning to this store again.

   Great shopping experience at Asda! The store is well-organized and stocked with a wide variety of products. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable. Ample parking available too. Will definitely be coming back for my grocery needs!

   Good selection of produce. Groceries and household goods such as dishes electrical section, towels etc on ground floor. Clothing upstairs via escalator or a lift for buggies, wheelchairs and those who dislike escalators.

   Do not use the scan and go feature. We got to the till and had a spot check which is fine but when she done so she claimed we hadn't scanned some items. Absolutely not true! Left us at the scan and go area feeling highly embarrassed. Insinuating that we had stolen basically!! Out of order! We scanned every single item. Like we was going to steal 2 jars of 1 pound pickles on a £75 shop. Won't be using scan and go again here! Be very careful as to avoid this happening to you. Staff very rude and abruptl. I'd give zero stars if I could!!

   I love shopping at Asda Coryton. Good quality products for affordable price. Always clean and staff are helpful and friendly. I do my shopping weekly at Asda and never had any problems but on this visit, I tend to believe it was an accident, they scanned an eggs I bought 3 times at the till but I bought only 2 packs.

   The shop was totally fine, it's a big Asda so loads of choice. Stock levels on some products low or out though and travelator out of order. The big let down was the cafe. The pictures should say enough but the service was not great only one member of staff looked remotely interested in being there and short sharp service is the best way to describe it. Food was not great. Panini lacked filling and the toasties were only toasted on one side leaving one side soggy!
