Appauling service, the (lack of) communications is bad, when they do contact you I found them to be very rude. I ended up withdrawing my application and then had a text to say its been rejected.....shocking. Stick to well known financial institutions.

A fast efficient service from the Cardiff and Vale Credit Union. My application was approve within the week and the money deposited in my account. A small amount added to the repayment soon adds up in the savings account and makes life more interesting.
