   As others have said, the older male security guard is incredibly rude, chasing me down while trying to take my 7yr old to the toilet just because I walked in the exit door instead of the entrance. Made me walk back out, back in entrance and all the way around to the toilets while my kid was about to wet himself. It's a large store but they seem to have trouble stocking it, every time I go they're out of stock of something basic, with half empty shelves on meat/veg/bread isle common.

   Shocking customer experience due to the time Asda staff took to prepare pizza's. The lady making up the pizza's clearly had an issue with her employer and took it out on the customers at the Caerphilly store, it took an hour to get served (25 minutes to serve one customer) when I complained to a manager he just offered feeble excuses. Wonder why Aldi and Lidl are taken a large chunk of market - maybe its just down to good old customer service and speedy service!!! Asda Caerphilly store should avoided at all costs if you value your time.

   Great selection of items,especially sweets and cakes. They have a Krispy Kream store inside and a cake shop. Their own bakery section is also great, wide selection of birthday cakes, bread and desserts.

   Terrible experience. I move to Caerphilly 8 years, previous feel is ok. However, in 31/12/2022, I was regularly shopping in here and buy one bag Asda nappy for my baby, I saw the price label showed discount, however when I check out it was not, I ask check price, the staff just take a machine and show the price. I ask check on the shelf, she refused my request. Yesterday I and my three children come here again, I brought 10.50 pounds foods, I paid 50p first and then £20 pounds later, the check out machine show I just give £20pounds, so it just give me £9.50, I told one staff this, she said ask someone come here open machine, later on one female staff (who is the same staff in 31/12/2022) come here said the machine must not accept 50p because you put £20 first, I said I put 50p first, my children know it. However, she does not listen to me and does not talk to me. It was not 50p problem, she let me feel asda do not welcome Chinese. Never come back again. Best suggest Tesco and Morrisons in Caerphilly, the staff of attitudes are more friendly and helpful than Asda.

   Over £23 worth of food missing from online order.. whole carrier bag forgotten.. No explanations or refunds. Tried calling the store and was met with a recorded message telling me to go online then it hung up on me. That'll do for me Asda

   Absolutely appalling store. Will be raising a complaint to ASDA also. Was bare faced lied to by Asda-Caerphilly around bottles of Prime. Asked if they had any, response was no but could actually see them behind the desk and told they were held back for a staff member. The Manager then tries to justify the lie and that they should be sold to staff first. Embarrassingly for them, as I was looking for the manger, a tannoy call for a member of staff came over the store and when we went back, the bottles had gone and had been “paid for”. Yes paid for quickly by staff and hidden away so they couldn’t sell to members of the public. No decency from the manager, staff happy to lie to customers, appalling. Curiously, this drink is being re-sold on sell on sites such as marketplace and eBay for double the price (also, easily located around local large Asda stores?) so clear what some store staff are doing with it. Looks like I’ll be paying double price this year then. #asdamakinglifedifficultforfamiles Will never shop with these liars again.

   This Asda is a big superstore groceries and home and kitchen supplies also clothes. I haven’t used the dining area so can not comment. There is a large car park so never really had trouble parking. It’s conveniently located with a petrol station and car wash on site.
