Not one to ever leave reviews but just dealt with one of the rudest member of staff I have encountered anywhere. Meena at the customer service desk should definitely not be at the customer service desk made a huge scene for a simple request. I bought a GEORGE air fryer on the weekend and took it home and got told it was too small. Literally go back 4 days later to exchange for another more expensive GEORGE air fryer to be asked for my receipt, It has gone astray so she starts off saying it cannot be returned, I explain I want to exchange and pay the difference, it cannot be returned. Okay no worries what if I can show you the transaction on my banking app, no I need to find it in our system, so I proceed to tell her when I bought it and what time approx, she cannot find it on the system. This is where her attitude changes she starts raising her voice in front of a queue full of people, in shock I just say no worries I can see you're busy I'll just take it back to Coryton on my way home and ask for her name so I could write this review and reach out to CS on twitter. She completely freaks out probably realising that her customer service has been abysmal, offering to call a manager and apologising. She then goes on to the internal phone IN FRONT OF ME and tells a completely different version of what just happened to whoever was at the other end of the phone. Her tone completely changes where she 'apologises' there are no management available but if I'm able to hang on 20/30 minutes I would be able to speak to someone. I politely declined and walked out. Still now I don't see what the issue is in exchanging, almost like she'd had a bad day and fancied taking it out on somebody. So disappointed because I've never encountered any rude staff in any Asda before but clearly there is an issue with Meena!

I had just come out of hospital having just had an operation. At 6.10pm my wife then took a prescription to the pharmacist in asda cardiff gate for painkillers given to us by the hospital. She spoke to the pharmacist and was told that she would have to wait 45 MINUTES whilst the pharmacist had her break. My wife explained that I had literally just had an operation less than one hour previously and that i needed the prescribed medication asap and then had a one hour drive to get me home. She was told to come back and it would be ready for collection at 6.30pm once the pharmacist had come back from her break. Me and my wife waited in the car In Asda car park until it was time to go back in some 40 minutes later. The pharmacy failed to reopen at 6.30 and finally opened at 6.50pm. Once my wife returned to the pharmacy she was second in the queue but then had to wait another 40 minutes before she received the medication. Whilst I fully appreciate people need to stop and have their break when in work I think given that my wife fully explained our situation the lady in question could have helped us out as we are talking just a few minutes. We were extremely disappointed with her service and attitude given our circumstances and need to get medicated and home as swiftly as possible.

It's a decent sized ASDA, with lots of product selection, 24 hours opening, and friendly enough staff. But the cafe is very weird, seems to be some pizza place with frozen slices, and the pop music blaring at 6 am at loud volume was just too much. Toilets were of order, but good prices.

Fab Asda, huge amount of self scans so queuing isn't usually a problem, other than that it is your typical Asda, there is tons of parking althoigh there have been struggles to find a space before. Staff are helpful when needed, I have nothing bad to say, overall great Asda

Unable to contact anyone at the store to ascertain if their LPG fuel supplies were now back in stock. Over the last 6 days I have telephoned several Asda stores along the M4 corridor and have been unable to speak to any member of staff. Very poor customer service, non existent service.

Stopped for breakfast this morning.the lady behind the counter is a shining example of hospitality. She was polite, a amile on her face and a positive outlook on what she was doing. Breakfast was excellent for the money, but it was the staff that made it look good and taste great. Merry Christmas

Always arrive late, always have missing items on the order. Asda, do your staff not realise or appreciate that disabled people who have trouble visiting your stores are reliant on a home delivery service? How can you justify missing items on every order? Are your staff totally incompetent or are they stealing?

Asda Pontprennau is great. Always find everything I need, from bakery, chilled, frozen food and groceries to books, magazines, snacks, toys, clothing for both adults and children. There is a fitting room to try garments before they are bought, so no having to take things back if they don't fit. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I did some shopping today and I have to say plenty of spaces for cars and very nice and friendly staff. I was served at the till by Colin, he was very nice and professional very polite. All in all I had a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back or to recommend it to anyone.
