   Recently I have heard a lot of negatives regarding pharmacies & I wanted to say how great Insync Pharmacy Llanishen is. I have used this pharmacy for many years and witnessed how much the patient population has risen, although the pharmacy is quite small, they always work extremely hard and always have a smile and friendly words for patients. The staff try extremely hard to help patients and often go that extra mile to get the result. I use the Remedi Repeats app to order repeat prescriptions and after a few teething problems when the app was introduced I find it very good and reliable. My son also had a recent positive experience when arranging his vaccinations for a forthcoming trip. The staff are very knowledgeable and want to offer a quality services for everyone. I highly recommend this pharmacy for a professional, efficient and friendly approach and very happy to be using them. Thank you for all your hard work.

Fitted us in last minute after being told incorrect information at Nomad (vaccine shortage perhaps but so wrong not to give us the latest advice). Thanks again and here’s to a happy holiday.    Have used this Pharmacy for several years and all the staff are kind and competent. The Pharmacist Rob Cousins has been very helpful over the years especially when two of my medications were in short supply nationwide and he went to great lengths to source identical products from different manufacturers for me, and has even witnessed my passport application!
