The most amazing pharmacy! Everyone there is so lovely and always friendly, especially the counter assistants. The pharmacist is absolutely incredible. She always shows so much care, concern and compassion, she was quick to triage me and prescribe me antibiotics immediately today when I was dismissed and neglected by the doctors next door. She is absolutely incredible at her job and I can’t thank her enough for everything she does for me!

They are, always, friendly and helpful and willing to give good advice. They have a range of over-the-counter remedies as well as hygiene and gift products.
We consistently have a disappointing experience with this pharmacy. Several items were missing from my father’s repeat prescription, despite ordering through the NHS Wales app. When we called to understand what happened, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. This has caused stress and confusion, especially given how important timely access to medication is. We expect better care and accountability from a healthcare provider.

Very rude staff , not helpful, just careless and unkind in general, and the owner Mr Pearn , does not care if you make a complaint, rude too. I heard people saying the same.
Omg....last time I use this Pharmacy..Used to be Pearns now Knights, unfortunately still same rude staff..Served by staff member "grey hair with dodgy purple rinse" attitude as bad as the hair. No customer skills what so ever. I have worked for NHS on a busy acute ward...No excuse for bad manners...I would also ask if they have the medication you require in stock, before you hand over prescription...very poorly stocked and they appear to have trouble ordering basic meds in..
I have used used this pharmacy for many years and have always found the staff polite , helpful and knowledgeable , Throughout the Covid crisis they have faced previously unseen pressures , including putting themselves at risk daily . They deserve our thanks and respect. JD
The staff don't seem to know or understand what an emergency prescription refill is..... Force you to waste time for yourself and the NHS. I have used these guys since I was a kid, the staff are not like they used to be at all.
