Firstly my prescription wasn’t ordered on time and I ran out of medication. My wifes medicine came in over a week ago and we still had to wait for it to be done on top of the massive ques already to just get served. We are moving.
Appalling had to ring 111 for emergency pain kilkers for 81yr old for severe hip pain ( waiting for surgery hip joint destroyed ) he was told the pharmacy delivered- as hes housebound -this was explained to the very abrupt lady on the phone at pharmacy - who again abruptly told him they dont dellver on a saturday , no apology or empathy of any kind, no advice anything so no pain relief ! Very caring indeed - I dont think so .
Always make sure my medication is delivered in time for me and chase up any missing prescriptions that they haven't received can't fault this pharmacy
Male pharmacist helped my mother with an ongoing eye problem was very informative and knowledgeable, she has suffered with this condition for sometime. Will be using this pharmacy again thank you!
A great independent Chemist. The staff are always most helpful and go out of their way to source items if they are out of stock. Free home delivery is available if needed.
Probably the best chemist of all, very helpful and cheerful Staff, they never fail to impress and go the extra bit to make going there a delightful experience.
Disorganised chaos trying to collect a prescription. Have now called in twice to collect a prescription (1 hours round trip each time )and it has not been ready despite being told it would be. The staff staff are friendly enough but it really needs some sort of organisation system,every time i call in there they can never find presciptions which much be frustrating for staff and customers. I am due to call in later for a THIRD attempt, wish me luck :)
Always very helpful staff; they have saved me a doctors visits. When I have an urgent prescription I never have to wait long for it.
