Pharmacy staff bent over backwards to help with an emergency prescription request on a Saturday whilst also being understanding and supportive. Fantastic service.
Went to boots pharmacy this afternoon and the staff we’re loving and help me with my medication that I needed urgently
Lack of stock of essential medication, needed after visiting NHS 111, when they are one of the pharmacys we are relying on, open on Saturdays.
Always been more than happy with local service when I visit. Today tried phoning pharmacy to see if repeat prescription ready (a first time repeat - not sure how things work - long round trip to visit store). Phone not answered - and it seems Customer Services only have the same number as they couldn't get an answer!!! Not expecting an instant pick-up - but, for some people, at certain times /situations, customers should be able to contact the store by phone
Jamie and her staff are absolutely BRILLIANT,FRIENDLY AND GO BEYOND AND ABOVE TO HELP US CUSTOMER'S..I genuinely carnt thanks the staff enough especially through these hard times...
