I had taken my repeat prescription in on Wednesday then it was received at the doctor's on Friday today is Monday still waiting for heart attack medication to be discharged to me .not happy I have been without this long they need to get their in order quicker
Always very helpful, both the counter staff and pharmacist if more specialised advice is needed. Good range of generic medicines, beauty products, etc. Can be busy at times, but for me, not bad enough to affect the rating.
I use to use this pharmacy alot but I have a couple repeat items that usually require ordering in. The place seems a little disorganised and they always seem to spend ages looking for it. The staff are pleasent enough but there's always a huge queue. I've changed over to another pharmacy now. During lockdown they couldn't get one item I was desperate for despite trying three times so gave me my prescription back to try elsewhere where another pharmacy got it to me within a couple of days.

Well managed, we have several prescriptions, only issues have originated with doctors. Have bent over backwards when items out of stock or supply issues. You know a pharmacy cant issue meds without a prescription, why do people complain when its their doctors havent issued it.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Private consultation room. A good range of products for a small shop.
My son ( 8 years old ) stood patiently at the counter waiting to be served , i watched as the staff proceeded to aknowledge and serve people who had just walked in even though my son had been waiting 5 mins, I adressed the issue with the lady behind the counter who was very taken aback that i had told her how rude she was being. Very poor service.
