Some 2 years after buying tiles, I needed some extras. Adam located the last 16 in the UK, had them transported and even on his day off was willing to help me get them in time for the job. Exceptional Service.
The service here is excellent and Adam is outstanding. I was looking for ideas a few months ago and he helped me choose some great tiles, plus he let me take three samples home to see how they looked. Went back recently to order the tiles (on a Friday ( they arrived on Monday. The delivery driver was helpful and accommodating which is a rarity,cas I have awkward access to my home. Highly recommend

Adam who dealt with us was brilliant. He gave us lots of advice. We knew what we wanted but not how to go about sorting what we needed. He could not have been more helpful. We would thoroughly recommend Tile Giant in Crewe.
Adam and all the staff are brilliant. The advice they gave me was just perfect and I have been tiling for over 40 years!!! The products and prices are superb. Apart from the tiles, the cutters and tools do a wonderful job. We are so pleased to have used Tile Giant.

Randomly walked into Tile Giant @Crewe to research floor tiles for a recent domestic project. Adam was super helpful and in summary we purchased 'Sequoia mid blue' floor tiles which went down really well & look great. Emma is fantastic. She helped us to choose our tiles, grout and advised us of how many we would need and she was spot on… I would go to her again as her customer service was exceptional, which sadly is a rare thing nowadays!
