   Friendly and very helpful staff, nothing to much effort and they go out of their way to help you find what you need or a similar alternative just as good if they haven't got the exact item you want/need or aren't sure what it is you need for a certain task/job. Reasonable prices, closeby to me on foot, saves me often the further inconvenience of time trekking over to B&Q when I don't have the time or want to waste that time. It is in a good location on Macon Way and there are places around to park for drivers, a small car park available on opposite side of road on Macon Meadows just a very short walk away.

However the young man who worked there said he would get the item for me while I ordered it on my phone and within 5 minutes I was on my way with my purchase. This is what I call service.
