   Went to the store today I'm disabled and there was one person in store got told you wait outside, Tried to explain I'm disabled and that could he come to my car which was parked by the door as could not stand for long he said yes so I waited by the car and he came out ignored me and went to another customer who said that man was before me, then made me walk to the till with my click and collect order while he brought other click and collect orders to them. After getting to the till was told they cant take it to the car I said I cant carry 3 bags off cement to the car so after saying other stores help they eventually took it to my car and was not helpful at all. I understand we are at serious times but please UNDERSTAND THAT I DID NOT CHOOSE TO BE DISABLED AND THAT IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH TO BE HELPFUL Visited this store again a few weeks later and totally different experience so friendly and helpful thankyou so I have changed my rating.

   The staff were more interested in having “bants” than actually engaging in customer service. When eventually distracted, the guy was most put out that he might have to take out more than one example of the product as it took a long time and he would have to put them back. Hadn’t even grasped the concept of diameter when attempting locate an appropriate bit of kit for the job. Pretty disinterested and atypical of my usual Screwfix experience.

   Sent my partner to make a collection and she was only given part of the order meaning another 15 mile round trip and delaying the job. Otherwise they are very good
