I have used Stone Carpet company before under different management. I shall continue to use them under this new management. Mel and Nicky gave me plenty of time to pick the correct Karndean flooring by allowing me to take samples home. I did take a while as tried several looks but came back to my original choice. Russ the fitter came as arranged and provided good advice about laying the stripes so they gave an even look across the whole floor. Workmanship was excellent. Thank you for a great job Stone Carpet & Flooring. I'm very pleased with the transformation to my 2 downstairs rooms. The job was to replace the very tired laminate fitted (by the previous owner) to an uneven surface. Russ (the fitter) was knowledgable and diligent, he came in over 2 days to get my room levels correct before fitting the Karndean Medium Oak floor that I'd chosen. It feels like we're in a new room. We're all very pleased with it and we're still noticing it every day!
So please with the new lino style flooring we have had put down! They came over to measure in a timely manner and sent me away with samples so I could choose in my own time. No pressure from anyone and lovely ladies who work there Huge selection on offer too! Little gem in stone! Will be using again once our loft room is renovated 5* business

Nicola is absolutely incredible! So helpful and friendly, could not fault the service at all. Fab choice in a huge range of prices and she really knows her stuff! Helped us find the perfect carpet to go with our underfloor heating. Definitely recommend!
Brilliant service - took a sample in of cushion floor (from another store) it was one that they didnt stock however they were brilliant and searched for it for me. They then supplied and fitted it for me within 3 days!! And they took the old one away. What amazing service.
