This was just a quick visit. I managed to buy what I needed. Clean well stocked shop. Staff are friendly. Wide isles. Lots of Christmas items for sale

Vast selection of items from plants to plugs. Staff very good pleasant & helpful. Sometimes you have to check the item your buying carefully but that applies most places. You get what you pay for.

Awful experience! Bad service, missing parts of the item I bought. Definitely do not recommend this store!

"Everything under a roof" is literally perfect for this super store. Almost all the needful items, Gifts, Beauty products, gardening etc. Everything is properly displayed with price tags and offers, and almost everything is affordable too. The staffs were so polite and helpful for finding items as needed to call them a couple of times. I loved the home decor, furniture aisle. It was well presented and looked very attractive. I recommend for a visit and surely you will find something that you really wanted.

Big free car park. Some bargains but prices have increased dramatically. Big store easy to get around. Staff not sure where products are and then don’t bother helping out. Looked at patio furniture and no prices on products.

Good B&M. Have got some furniture for our first home from here in 2014 and still going strong! Great for day to day essentials. Free parking in the retail park.

Called Sunday afternoon to the Trenvale branch as I was after primrose plants for the garden. Great selection, 6 plants to a tray great condition, quite large plants and good price. Had this been it my stars would have been 5. Unfortunately I didn't buy sufficient so went back Wed for more. Still had plants in stock but all the trayed ones, same as I'd purchased, were totally dead. No amount of water would bring them back to life. Feel this is disgusting both to the grower and how stupid to let all B & M profits dissappear. Also why have them out. Doesn't exactly show B&M in a good light as a garden centre. Surely someone can water the plants.

Far too many items with no price on. Good variety of goods. Some very Helpful staff but some unhelpful ones too. Easy parking but can be slow getting through the queue back off the car park.

I enjoy most B&Ms, first time myself and partner came in we immediately were being followed by a staff member. Which fair enough, new customers? But we were walking round grabbing bits we needed, she made it very obvious that she was following us. That point we were just laughing at how silly it was. We got to checkout to pay for the stuff we had, got pulled to the side by her being mouthy and then the lovely security guard who had to check see if we had "stolen" items. Which we didn't as it was quickly resolved. Its a good B&M but staff need training if they think someone looks "suspicious" because following us up and down the Isle, made it very clearly, even with her loud talking across the radio. It's good to shop, but one I tend to avoid for this reason. We never got an opology of the woman and hope to never see her again anyway. Rude isn't what you want for staff members.

Everything under one roof. Excellent choices from grocery items to gardening. Reasonable price. Plenty of free parking spaces. Good place to do weekly shopping. Highly recommended.
