So much friendlier than the other vape shop in town, I never feel like I'm being sold something. They always have excellent advice and the customer service is next level. Charlotte is lovely and always has a warm welcome and Jay has a nice hat.
Absolutely amazing customer service from the lovely Charlotte! Always on hand to help with whatever I need and if it's not in stock goes out of her way to find what I need and if they don't have it or have access to it then sends me where they do! Even throughout her hard times with her health she is always a smile on days when you need it most!

Brilliant shop next door to Red Lion pub. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Loads of choice and great prices. Charlotte sorted me out with a new vape and took time to explain exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend.
