“Well I have just been to Trespass at Trentham to return an item I bought online. I must say the customer service was brilliant the young lady sorted my refund whilst a very knowledgeable gentleman provided me with everything I needed to know about keeping warm and dry in very low temperatures. It also said 60% off so bagged myself several bargains at the same time. I must admit when it says 60% off you don’t generally get great bargains but this was a genuine sale unlike several other stores whose sales were not half as good as the ones in this store. It isn’t often that I am able to say I have received excellent customer service but today I can so feel they deserved a mention to show my appreciation. “It’s an open-air shopping center, and especially for outdoor shopping, there are many stores for gifts. They also have really nice cafes. You can do your shopping, stroll outdoors, and relax at the cafe all at once. They even have the Trentham Gardens, which is incredibly large and beautiful, but I think the entrance fee per person is quite expensive. My husband and I visited once just to explore, and we really liked it. However, I don’t think we’ll go again, especially considering the high cost per person. But we still enjoy shopping there and taking a break at the cafes.”

“The place is nicely decorated, food was cooked to perfection and the signature milkshakes were yummy, would reccomend! Ordered peanut butter jelly signature milkshake with added flake & the caramel brownie one too also with a flake. The peanut one was nicer. Also ordered the breakfast king - states on the menu includes black pudding but I didn't find any in it. However, that's not a complaint as I didn't want it anyway.”
