“Although this is a national chain, I have always had a very personal service, the regular staff are very knowledgeable and have only sold me quality, functional goods that really work in the real world. On the rare occasion that I have had to return goods, the after sales service was excellent. I will, and have returned to this shop for many years.”

“It’s an open-air shopping center, and especially for outdoor shopping, there are many stores for gifts. They also have really nice cafes. You can do your shopping, stroll outdoors, and relax at the cafe all at once. They even have the Trentham Gardens, which is incredibly large and beautiful, but I think the entrance fee per person is quite expensive. My husband and I visited once just to explore, and we really liked it. However, I don’t think we’ll go again, especially considering the high cost per person. But we still enjoy shopping there and taking a break at the cafes.”

“Good shop. Pay attention to the conditions for parking. You have up 15 min free. Then you need to spend £5 and get a scanable ticket for the car park machine or you will get a significant fine. Don't get caught out.”

“Well I have just been to Trespass at Trentham to return an item I bought online. I must say the customer service was brilliant the young lady sorted my refund whilst a very knowledgeable gentleman provided me with everything I needed to know about keeping warm and dry in very low temperatures. It also said 60% off so bagged myself several bargains at the same time. I must admit when it says 60% off you don’t generally get great bargains but this was a genuine sale unlike several other stores whose sales were not half as good as the ones in this store. It isn’t often that I am able to say I have received excellent customer service but today I can so feel they deserved a mention to show my appreciation. Ordered peanut butter jelly signature milkshake with added flake & the caramel brownie one too also with a flake. The peanut one was nicer. Also ordered the breakfast king - states on the menu includes black pudding but I didn't find any in it. However, that's not a complaint as I didn't want it anyway.”

“A convenient well stocked shop. Usually use the self service checkouts but today there was a queue - a very polite young man called me over to the till was really pleasant & packed my items for me. He was a great advert for your company (I work in retail myself) excellent customer service. I didnt catch a name badge but he was blonde & working at 4.30 pm.”
