Good shop. Pay attention to the conditions for parking. You have up 15 min free. Then you need to spend £5 and get a scanable ticket for the car park machine or you will get a significant fine. Don't get caught out.
A very good shop for all your everyday food and drink. Easy to navigate around the aisles with plenty of room to see the products. The assistant on the till was very pleasant and helpful. We had a coffee in the "restaurant" and that was fine.
Lovely store, I only use it for the bakery or buy milk on my way home, the toliet Allways seem clean when I go in. The cafe seem bit expensive, I woomder if they consider doing the too good to go bags as some time when I go in late they seem have big of reduced left
I love M&S Foodhall, I can found everything that I need. I’m staying in Stone as tourist so love it! They have a lot of fresh foods. Also I have a coffee and snack, the employees are so kind and helpful.
What's happened to hygiene standards? I was served by a young lad at the till today who was very pleasant and helpful but his hair was very long (waist level) and unkempt, I felt it should have been tied back because it looked dirty. Also his fingernails were filthy and he was handling my fresh groceries!

I would like to compliment and thank the gentleman who assisted me this morning. I had about half a dozen items in my basket and went to queue at a till. This gentleman came over to me looked at my basket and took me through the self service section, actually scanning each item for me. He was very pleasant and jovial, unfortunately I forgot to look at his name badge, but it was around 09.15. His customer service was brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed our short chat. Shame the cafe shut at 2 nice young lady got me one just as they closed the rest of my friends missed out
