Never been before. My normal Evri station was defective and the helpful staff sent me to Tesco Express. The staff were really, actually especially helpful. Thank you Ed! Brilliant. Tidy, organised shop. Well done. A credit to retail and Tesco!
Have been using this store for years, more so recently by using the whoosh service, not had many bad experiences but when we have had a delivery fail and I spoke with Graham/Graeme at the store, this turned a straight forward issue into a nightmare. He was rude, uncompromising, confrontational, obnoxious…..he was putting Tesco’s ills as my issue and I will do everything to avoid this store because of this individual. Beyond disgraceful. Just to add insult to injury, Graham/Graeme asked me to call him back within 30 minutes, which I have done 3 times to no avail. Appreciate the store could be busy and I am not the only customer, but I have called and can’t get customer service considering we are the customers missing products from our order.
A convenient well stocked shop. Usually use the self service checkouts but today there was a queue - a very polite young man called me over to the till was really pleasant & packed my items for me. He was a great advert for your company (I work in retail myself) excellent customer service. I didnt catch a name badge but he was blonde & working at 4.30 pm.
Don't know if Gary is the manager or not but his attitude needs to change. This morning he was sullen had a very bad attitude as if it was too much hard work to serve customers also banged shopping on the counter.
Took some parcels to be sent (which is part of the service they provide) and Gary came behind the counter but didn’t acknowledge me. I asked if he could do my parcels as I wasn’t sure if he had come behind the counter to do it for me, he pointed to his colleague who would do it but then and he said “have you got a lot?” I told him I’d got 9, and he rolled his eyes and sighed. It took him 2 minutes to scan these parcels, but I was made to feel as though it was a problem bringing them in. I was already a little anxious bringing them in, but it made me feel very unwelcome and apprehensive to take parcels back to that store. Do better Gary.
I come here all the time with my dog I have a mobility disability and I display a sunflower badge. I went into the store today and was served by someone who clearly was not bothered with my issues.he told me to pick up my dog even though with someone with mobility issues this is the hardest thing for me to do as bending twisting lifting are not my best attributes. I take my dog with me incase I fall which I have done in the past that he can get help. Anyway the person that served me told me to pick my dog up as its policy. Even though I explained that I have brought him in many many times he said they ask everyone, if I wasn't disabled then I wouldn't have minded. This is discrimination at its best. My dog keeps me stable and safe. I felt discusted with this person that served me.
Handy convenience store, ideal for milk, bread, etc and other daily required items. Word of caution. . . . . . . . . On many items, they add on 50% cost, to non clubcard users.
Tesco Express store that has a free to use cashpoint outside the store. Approximately 12 parking spaces outside with 30 minutes maximum stay for Tesco customers.
