   Be warned! Shopping here may ruin your day! Staff are rude, obnoxious and don't give a fig about customer service. I was shocked at the way I was spoken to today and only after talking to another shop on site, they advised me that the shop was closing and maybe this is why the staff are so horrible to customers. As to when they are closing they were unable to say, but it doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Pro-Cook at the other end of the shopping village were so much more helpful and took time to chat!

   Avoid. They sell rubbish at inflated prices mixed in among other well known brands. Our glass teapot lasted 2 weeks before cracking when adding water despite being warmed. Refused refund or replacement because " we could have knocked it". No customer care.

   We were looking for a product in the Portmeirian range for a birthday gift and it wasn't in stock at the Portmeirian factory shop In Stoke-on-Trent but they very kindly pointed us to this lovely outlet in the gorgeous gardens of the Trentham Park Estate in Stoke-on-Trent, what a lovely days visit, a shopping day must visit experience for any who love the full shopping experience of personal owner outlets including national outlets and many restaurants serving all you would need to have a meal whilst out shopping all in one flat area of beautiful gardens and free parking. Anyway the Cooks store was not a dissapoinment. I phoned ahead to check they had our choice of product and they did and said they would hold it for us for when we arrived, on arrival the gift was on the counter waiting for us and to our amazement they had the complete full range or choice and more of this particular product in stock on display. Well done Cooks for a job well done. And what a wonderful place Trentham Gardens is to set your marvelous store. Thank you Cooks.
