I went into the shop because I snapped the chain on my mountain bike, not great because I was 150 miles from my home with no bike tools.. My bike was fixed in 15 minutes! Amazing service. Highly recommended. Really helpful!
Such a great shop. All the guys in there are very knowledgeable and helpful. My son loves his bike from there and when we’ve nipped back for things they can’t do enough to help!
After not using my bike for 2 yrs and having an ex partner always maintaining my bike, I took the bike in for a service. I didn’t know what I required and I hoped that the guys wouldn’t take advantage of this. I was given an approx price & if the bike was going to cost a lot more than stated they would call me to agree. Picked up & I was given simple maintenance and guidance. They answered all my questions. These lads are knowledgable and I would go again for advice. Thank you
Great shop and staff, helped me choose a bike nothing was too much and over two days id spent 2 hours in there choosing a Giant Trance x and accessories and didn't feel uncomfortable, I dealt with 4 of the guys in there who all had great knowledge and searched the system to find me anything I needed. Setting up my bike for my weight and also teaching me how to use the suspension and set it up correctly. Thanks Gents, Shaun.

went in with 4000.00 to spend left without spending a penny of it i don't think we fitted the profile of customers they like ie no dressed in cycling gear I've always believed in using local shops and not join the myriad of on line mail order however after this experience its wiggle or Evans cycles for me once i'v purchased on line my required specialised e bike like the stock item in the left hand corner of the shop i'm sure you'll happily sell me a puncture repair kit or even a spare inner tube its your own fault we chose the internet
I ordered a bike cover and even though there was a slight problem with ordering it after the shop had realised what had happened it was immediately and effectively rectified by them. Full apology given. End of story. That's a good sign of shop who really cares about it's customers. A very rare thing in today's. So a huge thumps up to the staff!
Had my bike in the shop over a month and quoted me £300 to £400, for a new wheel or new hub and wheel rebuild. After collecting my bike (they didn't even bother keeping my tires inflated) After taking the bike home and getting specialist tools I managed to take the rear cassette off and find the issue was a £40 part. Whilst taking this apart I could see no indication the shop even took it apart to look into the issue. I have fitted the part in less than 2 hours with no prior experience. Do not recommend, also took another bike in 4 years ago for a checkup before I was going to sell it they told me it's not worth spending money on as the "bearings have gone" but quoted over £300 anyway for a not needed repair and was never sold because of that, this bike has been functional ever since with no work done on it and it is used as a commute bike doing 10+ miles a day and runs great. Seems like they have got comfortable being the only cycle shop in town and exploit money from non experienced people who don't know any better.
