   We had all 9 uPVC windows in the house replaced. Response to our request for a quote was quick; we phoned on Friday 9th February and they came out to quote the following Wednesday. Surveyor seemed professional and informative, and made helpful suggestions on certain detail choices, such as positions of openers, when we were undecided. Installation was done exactly 6 weeks after finalising the order, as promised. Kevin and Nile did an excellent job of fitting, and were polite, clean and tidy, and left no mess. There was practically no damage to decor around the windows (kitchen and bathroom tiles, plaster etc.). The actual window products seem good quality, and they work well and look great. Note, their certification body is CERTASS rather than the older and better-known FENSA, but it's not an issue, it works the same way. Highly recommended.
