   The day before I was taking part in a local Enduro I broke my bike with over enthusiastic tightening. The only chance of fixing was finding a local supplier that stocked what I thought was the part, not much time. Panicking I phoned Cyclestore (who I'd heard about but never used) to see if they had something similar, which luckily they did. Only had about an hour before closing and was about to setoff when they phoned back to make sure the part would fit my bike, they were clearly concerned I might waste the journey for an unsuitable part. Thankfully they said it would fit and after fighting traffic for nearly an hour arrived I at the store. The part had been set aside for me, was in and out within 10 minutes and within an hour of getting home the bike was fixed. Massive panic over! I've never used Cyclestore before but I certainly will for all my bike stuff in the future:) Their clear expertise and knowledge coupled with great customer service makes this a complete no-brainer for me. Just gained a loyal customer!

   I ordered Altura Icon Rocket Packable Windproof Water to which they advised me it was out of stock, and to contact them to arrange an alternative. The item is still available on the website. I have been trying to contact for over 2hrs and nothing, calls are not being answered and emails ignored

   Stock control is variable - things that the website says are in stock then aren't. Customer service is excellent though so you're never out of pocket for long. Really good for non-urgent items. I won't be using them for stuff I want quickly but they're always my first choice.
