   I called into the shop for a wheel nut and two locking shaft springs. I was advised that they don’t actually sell those parts, but the mechanic kindly gave me some from an old spindle they had in the workshop. Great service, thank you.

   Very helpful. I had an issue with my son's helmet. They were able to obtain a spare part - which wasn't an official spare part! Over the years they have sorted numerous things for us. Always very friendly and gets the job done quickly. I recommend. Will be back for sure!

   I was out in the Peak district riding the Roaches Revenge with a couple of friends, when part of the tyre came off the rim on a steep downhill section of the route. We were close to Leek and decided to get the tyre checked by Leek Cycle Solutions. The staff there were so helpful and the service was second to none. They replaced the tyre which allowed me to carry on safely with the route. I would highly recommend this friendly, helpful shop as without their expertise I would have been unable to carry on with the ride. A big thank you.

   Absolutely brilliant. We're doing a rather silly challenge cycling up to the mermaid pool every day for a year and needed a really quick turn around. Kevin was absolutely fantastic and sorted it all in a morning. The bike went in a wreck and came out like new - actually better than new as it never worked very well to begin with!

   What a great place to set you up with a new bike. Very knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, professional advice and brilliant products. Sales staff not at all pushy, courteous and took time to share relevant information to allow an informed choice of bike. Needless to say I am now the owner of my first electric bike to enable me to continue cycling as I get older. Highly recommended

   I've used this shop for years, bought three bikes, numerous services and repairs when needed. Having read some of the negative reviews, they are in my opinion, way off. I have never found the staff anything more than very polite, professional and helpful. Great advice and they won't force something on you that isn't suitable, even it would benefit the shop. Customer Service is second to none in here. An independent local shop.

   Always best to go to a proper bike shop. I had a loud and persistent creak on my bike for over a week whilst on a cycling holiday. I removed, greased and retightened the pedals and tried everything i could to locate the source. On returning to Leek i took the bike to Kevin, convinced it was a problem with the bottom bracket. Next day i get a call. Creaking solved. It was the saddle! Not in a million years would i have found this, as the sound really seemed to be coming from the bottom of the bike. Lesson: it pays to go to an experienced bike mechanic. Likelihood is the problem has been seen many times before. Thank you Leek Cycle Solutions.
