   Took my son’s bike in for two new inner tubes and the man was great — quick, friendly, and really helpful. We also picked up some new bike lights while we were there and he even fitted them for me. Excellent service and amazing prices — highly recommend!    I've just taken my bike into Massey's on West Street to be serviced. I have to say I'm really pleased with the overall service. The shop owner was very polite, chatty, and even helped me find a new battery for my bike. I would highly recommend this shop for your repairs and services at a very reasonable price too.

   Brought bike to have new tyre fitted. Even though I have used the shop before the owner was very rude, aggressive and even squared up to me putting his face near mine. Another customer was watching and realising this he then pretended to laugh it off. The guy that owns this shop can be pleasant but is obviously on need of medical help. Enter at your own risk.

   Best shop to go to for bike repairs been going here since i was a young lad always been my local west end bike shop to go too. Ive tried halfords etc in the past but there useless. Massey as experience plenty of it. Been running is shop for longer then me being alive i think and i was born in 1979 plenty of experience thats what ya need not some young kids fixing ya bike at halfords etc
