Prices have gone ridiculously high. Few years ago, this centre really helped the local community with quality goods and low prices and lots of offers, but now they're just after helping themselves with big profits.

Looking for brand named clothes and shoes look no further than NEWLIFE we noticed loads of branded named items like druid, superdry, Newlook, Lambretta, George, Regatta plus many more all brand new and discounted there was so many wintercoats, jackets and jeans to children's coats and clothes prices were really affordable the big plus everything you buy helps charities, It's a great way to shop knowing you are also going to impact people's lives. Tried to get as many pics as I could to show the prices and brands. We'll worth a visit and would definitely recommend twin up your visit as its close to McAurtherGlen designer outlet. Plus there is NEWLIFE HOME which is across the road besides the McDonald's.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been brilliant — you could find some lovely things at great prices. It’s always been a bit hit and miss, but that’s part of the charm, especially with a large family like mine. Lately though, the prices have gone up so much that I can barely justify buying anything. Items are now £29.99 or even £49.99, and there’s a new “premium picks” section, which feels a bit strange for a charity shop. Many of the items are new and donated from good brands, but the labels are cut out!! and honestly, I wouldn’t buy those brands at full price anyway, so I can take it or leave it. I used to bring the children I worked with (those coming into care) to shop here, as it was a fun and affordable way for them to get nice things. Now, it’s become almost pointless. I find myself spending more time thinking, “Do I really need this?” just to justify the cost. I know the money goes to a good cause, and I truly respect that, but it feels like the shop has misunderstood its target customers. People come here for fair, accessible prices! Not topay premium rates for donated goods.

Really friendly staff. Haven't been here for a long while. And the improvements are immense. Clean tidy and organised! Such a better customer experience. Small suggestion: could you split the women's sections again to 6/8/10 and 12/14 and 16/18 and 20plus? The larger section contains 6 or more different sizes which is very different (and harder to look through) to the 2 other sections. Thank you.

Can be hit and miss with managing to find something you like.. and when you do make sure you check for faults. But certainly worth a look to grab a bargain!

If you don't mind a rummage there are some fantastic bargains. I get that they have to remove labels inside a garment but cutting off decals seems a bit extreme, there are several things I liked but they had a small tag cut off leaving a frayed reminant on the front. And some shoes with the bow taken off the front. The items were ruined.

This store at Cannock is everything. And I mean literally everything. They have varieties of clothes in different sizes ranging from trousers to jumpers, gowns, jumpsuits, you name it. The prices are so affordable too, I could nearly weep for the sheer joy of it. Definitely a good choice, if you are looking for a wardrobe change on a small budget.

Really amazing shop. You never know what you will find. It's like New Look, TK Maxx and a jumble sale all rolled into one. If you are willing to trawl through the rails you are bound to find a unique bargain. I got a pair of debadged Levis for £8.99 and my niece got a Monsoon jumper which is currently listed as £32.99 on Monsoons sale website for £4.99 as it had a tiny hole which she can sew up. Staff really friendly & the fact the changing rooms are open again is a bonus.
