   Good variety, well staffed, nice calm atmosphere. nice to see busier sections (hair, beauty, makeup) being kept in order unlike some of the stores I've visited previously.

   I like TK Maxx but it does get rammed and its like sifting through a charity shop clothes rail! It can be messy and un organised. The lay out isn't appealing either it looks very chaotic in the middle isles at times...

   Returned ladies wristwatch as the glass had fallen out & couldn't be fitted back in. Poorly dealt with - cashier & then manager didn't want to know as it was 'over 28 days'. Just fobbed me off with telephone number for TK Maxx customer services. Hope their 'customer service' is better! Update. Customer services was actually much better(!) & agreed that store Manager particularly should have been fully conversant with consumer return rights. Said for me to again return to the store as he had spoken with the Manager. But, having thought about it I didn't. The watch was originally a present and I didn't want it sullied with a bitter taste. So, I just bought a new watch elsewhere. Staff & Manager need better training.

   Big, spacious store with some great finds! I’ve found some great clothes, cards, art supplies, bags, luggage, homeware and books at amazing prices. Some days there are lots of clothes I like, some days not, but they get deliveries twice a week.

   Placed a click and collect order to collect from Longton store. No signs to say where to collect so queued at tills. After 10 minute wait was told I should collect from fitting rooms..... So collection experience not good.... Had to return items as did not fit only to find I was refunded £1.99 less than what I'd paid for the items..... discovered this was 1.99 delivery fee to use the click and collect in store. Somehow that doesn't seem right. Won't use this service again.

   Blimey it’s a bit like organised chaos lol racks off random clothes all over the place Didn’t know but could be wrong I spoke to lovely lady who was hard at work trying to put the clothes back into some sort of order about a single item she explained that this garment had previously been bought online and then returned and then put back on sale. I thought that all the clothes were new please correct me if I’m incorrect

   Great! As usual amazed by the wonderful selection available all under one roof, everything from beautiful ornaments to chorizo sausage and all sorts in-between. Sounds odd i know, but it's fabulous, great one off items!!!

   Surprisingly they sell everything from clothes, homewear and cosmetics, Christmas, Halloween and party stuff. Little bit of a jumble sale but if you are looking for some random stuff it's a great place to start. Plenty of bargains to be had if you search.
