   Lovely and helpful staff, I received an item I brought online with a tag still in, after trying a few other shops they said TK max use that type of tag so went in, the lady on the till didn't have any luck but security came over to me as I was going to leave and said he could get it off, after about 10mins he came back with the tag removed. Nice that people can be so helpful.

   Love this store however always short of staff, staff are rude and unhelpful queues always long. Crewe store is no different except they’re more quicker at servicing customers. Do have habit pushing customer out of the way to stick shelves. They don’t seem to know you don’t push customers to stick the shelves especially when they’re first or close aisle to stock shelves during business hours. Common sense would go and long way and some training as well as customer service Recently fire exit door opened in store more than 30mins. Health and safety issue due to concrete stairs and potentially vulnerable customers in store.

   I was appalled on witnessing one of your male staff speak to a customer. It has really put me off shopping here again. And I’m sorry I didn’t intervene and help the young lady out. I really think management need to go into this place and maybe do some staff training.

   I left the store in utter humiliation,I felt discriminated by a cashier. I was reported to security for something I hadn't done. I was escorted out of the store upset and ended up putting in a complaint over the phone to customer service outside the store. Wasn't told the reason

   Probably the best shop in the world beats primemark hands down best buy quality once and unlike other shops where I can't get size 42 or higher I manage in tkmaxx to get my size th a nk s tkmaxx and staff are helpful to me I'm disabled in a power chair and when my son isn't with me on our weekly look around and buying things the staff help with the lift and helped when I'm ready to leave, can't fault them,the only down fall is the lifts don't always work and I cant shop on higher levels in hanley store ,but things happen it can't always be helped that's life but get in there keep it going shop till ya drop and find the bargains bargains me and my son love it is Mrs is starting to buy maybe to stop him buying more lol joke and security are good and helpful too don't let covid kill it off.

   Shop supplies even good but in Manchester or Birmingham is better. Store service and security are annoying. I understand that this job can be boring for you and you want to go home, but when it is 5:40 pm the customer has the right to be in the store and has 20 minutes until 6 pm and you should not run around the store after the customer inviting to the cash desk, because it is disrespectful to the client who wants to buy something and you show your over-zealousness.

   Went in to return an item that was accidentally purchased and to buy additional items. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but it was hard to find things and required assistance from a staff member to direct us to what we were looking for. Overall a good experience, but it might be difficult during a busy time.
