    Been today with my partner and friend. Because I'm on a special diet, I'm not allowed white bread. Asked if I could have brown bread and her polite reply was that they didn't have any other bread but could she offer me a ciabatta or a toasted tea cake - no thank you. There is a huge selection of breads downstairs in the bakery so why is the cafe not catering for everyone? I ended up going with the white bread but I dont think it's right.

    This was my second visit to the cafe and I would still come back again. Staffs are polite , food were delicious and cafe is clean as I can see staffs have been cleaning tables after customers left the cafe.

    Ordered some clothing online from M & S for the first time. Two days later got an email from Paypal to tell me I had got a refund. Had received no email from M&S to tell me that they had cancelled the order or to say why they had cancelled it. Total shambles. Should have done what I always do - get it from Amazon. Closed my account with M & S. A total waste of time

    I went into marks and Spencer’s last week to be measured for a bra. Clare was amazing! She was super patient, nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I managed to get 3 bras that were perfect for me :)
