    Very disappointed from staff . Lady working yesterday in the morning in fitting rooms was very rude! Few times asked for hanger even though I said there was no hanger for this item, she start raising her voice I have to go and look for a hanger, one more time explain my self that the specific item was WITHOUT hanger and this was how we find the item and she said nothing ! She was very rude not only to me but to other costumers ! It’s understandable that nobody wants to work Sunday but that isn’t my fold and as a costumer this is not how I or anybody else should be treated! Very disappointing from Telford store , that never happened with other stores !

    12 months ago I went into TK-Max, I never found anything that would fit me or look right on me. Then 6 months ago everything changed. I found all clothes was perfect. I can't get enough . The quality of the clothing is A+.

    Great choice which changes everytime you go in, always end up buying something. Staff keep to themselves but friendly at checkout. Previous visit had left security tag on item but when returned dealt with professionally and politely. See you all again soon, happy Christmas

    Served by a young blonde girl today who was probably the rudest and most arrogant person I have been served by in 25 years of living.Took about a minute for her to even scan the 1 item I had as she was too busy moaning to the girl next to her. The whole time she served me she didn’t say one word to me or even bother looking at me. Hope she’s humbled very soon
