   Can never find the staff but there are dogs by the half dozen. A woman's dog peed right next to a shelf with bedding on and no wrappings on them . An unimpressed staff member gave her kitchen roll to mop it up.Changed my mind & went elsewhere. Disgusting! I like dogs but a large size store that you could be in for some time is not an outdoor walking trip for them & to do their business. Could have been worse . OMG! I hardly go there now.

   Full of useful house and garden stuff at a reasonable price. However ITS EARLY OCTOBER, why is half the store full of Christmas decorations.... Aside from that gripe we got everything we needed and saved a trip to another DIY store.

   Myself & friend visited your store today 27/10/ 2025. Both of us on mobility scooters. I purchase a storage unit which was too big to fit on either scooters. Two of your staff patiently separated the boxes & made sure we were safe. They were so kind. & friendly. I am so grateful. You are lucky to have such good staff.

   All Range stores are basically the same, with common domestic products (many seasonal) at 'low'prices'. Would give 5 stars if all the stock was of high quality, but some is very cheap with little longevity. The choice, of course, is excellent.

   I visited The Range in Stafford yesterday and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. Being four months pregnant, I urgently needed to use the restroom. I asked a member of staff for assistance and was told that there were no toilets available in the store, and that I should go elsewhere. However, when I later mentioned this to a colleague, she told me that she has used the restroom in this store on more than one occasion. This was upsetting to hear, as it suggests that facilities do exist but I was denied access. As a Black woman, I cannot help but question whether my treatment was fair and equal. Why was I refused access while my colleague has been allowed to use the same facilities? Regardless of the reason, being turned away when in urgent need—particularly during pregnancy—was distressing and unacceptable. I would appreciate clarification from management on whether customer restrooms are available at this location, and why I was told otherwise. All customers, regardless of background, deserve equal access to essential facilities and to be treated with dignity and consistency.

   Great shop and can get everything u need from screws bolts wallpaper to photo frames mirrors ornaments. Only suggestion would be a more regular turnaround of products for a bit more variety

   Items available: Hobby Crafting Home decor Cleaning Dining wear Baking Snacks Pet food Garden Seasonal items Outdoor Makeup Shower Etc Staff: helpful Speed & quality of service: no Que on bank holiday Monday Layout: open plan, high roof, outdoor for most garden items Cleanliness: relatively clean, but baskets need a deep clean (see photo) Busy or not: not too busy & lots of space Trollies & baskets: trollies outside, baskets to the right and left as you walk in (some with wheels) Anything worthy of note: ramp-up to entrance Card & Cash: both accepted Lavatory / baby change: no Parking: large carpark (see photos attached)
