“Popped into Upholstery Services Stafford on Saturday to see if they could help firm up our almost new sofa cushions that we'd bought elsewhere. We we're shown the foam options and advised what they could do. We ordered on Saturday, the foam was delivered to them Thursday, and they fitted the foam to our cushions the same day. Great price and service, highly recommended, and will definitely use them for any upholstery jobs we need in the future. Thank you.”

“Attended for some help. I'd bought a glass light fitting & a bulb separately & needed an attachment. I visited once with my husband & left without asking for help. Today i had excellent assistance! I'm so glad i asked for help. The colleague also assisted me with paint, pointing out the offers type of paint & how i could test the colour on paper 1st at home. Look out for a short bright red haired lady with glasses, I should have remembered her name. She assisted 2 other ladies, mixing paint (a beautiful pink), providing wallpaper samples in white & grey & was serving two men who looked like decorators as i left.”

“Went into the store today to buy a new phone on recommendation. As lovely as Toni-Louise and Katie both Managers were, I didn't purchase the phone, as they were unsure how to transfer the data from my existing phone to the new one. They instilled confidence in me and made me feel valued even though I didn't buy anything. They were a delight and so friendly. I had been treated appallingly at another phone shop earlier in the morning and was left very upset. I left their store a lot happier.”

“Apart from selling stationary (Yes! Ryman sell stationary, unheard of right!!) this Ryman has a Western Union Counter. Unlike some of the smaller shops who just tell you theirs is broken or they don't have any money, this WU works! This review will be focusing on my experience in this store with WU. The staff knew what they were doing (which is more than the other shops I tried) and the whole process of receiving funds was simple. Staff were polite and the store was very clean and tidy too. There were a few folk loitering about near the enterence awaiting their vice but the store can't help this. I would recommend Ryman as a Western Union store and the sheer range of stationary available is mind blowing. Who knew you need more than a pen, pencil and ruler!”

“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”
