   Excellent customer service by Shaun. He was attentive, polite and professional. As soon as we entered the showroom he approached us with a warm welcome. We were questioned with our information being entered into a computer for an individualised assessment for our needs. We lay on the bed and watched a short video which was very relaxing and enabled a suitable mattress to be personalised especially for us. A bonus, we were offered drinks by Shaun he makes a lovely cup of tea and coffee. Well done Stafford branch.

   Fabulous experience at Dreams stafford. We were greeted by Holly who was super lovely and very knowledgeable. She was the perfect amount of helpful , she wasn't pushy she just armed us with everything we needed to know then left us to carry on looking but was there for any questions we had. We made a purchase and she made our day with the most comfortable pillows to complement our mattress along with some other gifts. Left the store with a smile and she was happy that we were happy.

   We can honestly recommend your staff at the Stafford store. The young lady Holly was knowledgeable and eager to ensure we had every opportunity to try a number of mattresses before making our decision. She was very helpful and welcoming and made the visit a pleasant relaxed experience which then culminated in the purchase. I would happily recommend this store and products. The delivery was equally a good experience and the men gave us a short talk on care of the mattress each week. Excellent. Thank you. Barbara Evans

   We received our mattress which was well priced. We were not at any point told we were receiving a returned mattress. The mattress came with a stains on the sides (the check sheet seems to suggest they checked everything) they clearly didn't. The driver that came thought it was also part of his job to make an unnecessary comment on the 'big TV' we had. Its called saving up ... I called Dreams once mattress was opened and was basically told what do you expect if it was so cheap (as to suggest stained mattresses are the norm). I then had remind the man on the phone that we were never informed the mattress was clearance because it was a return. Fantastic service from Shaun. We went in today to buy a mattress and the service was beyond amazing. Shaun is a credit to this store and we will most likely be back in here to buy a second mattress in a few months thanks to the wonderful service we have had today!

   Don’t waste your time ordering from Dreams, my experience has been nothing but a nightmare, ordered my son a double divan base, mattress and headboard after spending £923 you’d think it would be good quality only for every item to arrive damaged. Nightmares couldn’t collect the bed for 5 days leaving us with a broken bed to store for them. After they collected they’ve now refunded me part of my money £888 back for a £923 purchase which I’ve now got to chase up. Avoid them, more hassle than their worth.
