Great service but staff were not at all pushy. Helpful & on hand to answer questions as we needed them but gave us plenty of time to browse & try out beds ourselves.
I would highly recommend Bensons. They came on time and took great care with the removal of the old bed and replacing it with the new one which we are really pleased with. Great job

The Bensons delivery crew were courteous and efficient. They were also very strong, carrying the mattress on their shoulder into the house and easily maneuvering it upstairs and into the bedroom.
Originally gave a 5 star review after visiting the store to buy a bed however I've now had to change that to 1 star, if I could leave 0 I would. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful company to deal with. Do not waste your money buying from them. They do not follow delivery instructions. First bed they delivered was damaged, replacement bed was even more damaged than the first. Requested for the replacement to be collected and a refund issued. Called 5 working days later to check on refund progress to find they hadn't done it because I hadn't called them. Then I was told I would only get a partial refund as there was an admin fee of £101.99 that I had to pay. I have now got a full refund being processed but the stress caused by this company is inexcusable. They do not deserve your business.
1st class service,helpfull in the extreme.Terrific value. We bought a semi fitted wardrobe,this was fitted by a team who did a superb job quick and very skilled .all in all super!!!
The delivery guys were rude and unhelpful. The delivery was scheduled for between 12:55 and 14:55 so i had made arrangements for a meeting at 10:30-12pm. the called at 10:30 asking if they could deliver early, I said "no" as I had a meeting. I said I would be clear at 12:00. they arrived at 11:35 and attempted to coerce my cleaner to accept the delivery. I broke off my meeting and returned home to be told that I HAD TO take the mattress off the bed and place it into the green bag on my own... they refused to help yet would have taken it away without the green bag of my cleaner had let them. You advised delivery between 12:00 and 6pm... to deliver before 12:00 and to fail to acknowledge the disruption is unacceptable. I as a customer had arranged my business to fit your timescales, you should have adhered to them and respected my time constraints.
