   All though we didn’t have our kitchen from howdens I had to say that Alicia was very professional and treated us very well. She was so attentive and always had a smile for us. The only reason we didn’t go for howdens is due to health conditions that meant we had to have a kitchen business that did everything from start to finish not just supply. Very impressed and will definitely recommend Alicia to friends and family. Thankyou

   We had a complete kitchen redesign from Howdens Stafford.We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Thanks to Clare for her advice on the design she came out a few times to get it exactly as we wanted. Also many thanks to Paul from Property Enhancements for his excellent craftsmanship, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was polite, friendly and professional. A great team to work with

   We had a Howdens kitchen installed less than three years ago, including Howdens' own Rigid Luxury Vinyl Flooring, which was fitted by a Howdens-recommended installer. The flooring is of very poor quality and has developed cracks in several places. The website states that the product is guaranteed for 30 years, however we are finding that after less than 3 years, our warranty is worthless. Howdens is refusing to rectify the issue, so we are left to pursue the issue through the Citizen's advice and Trading standards. I do not recommend!

   I truly regret buying my kitchen from Howdens. Non-transparent business… Terrible customer service… They claimed they don’t fit kitchen and that the customer himself should fit (or has his own fitter). At the end, you will learn it was a lie! To me, Howdens must have some sort of hidden business/relationship with those fitters… More than that, with such a trick, they will move away responsibilities from Howdens’ shoulders to the fitters. Please remember: they sell kitchen to you but invoices are issued to theirs fitter! So you won’t be able to make a complain later about problems, quality or warrantee issues because they will tell you “We don’t know you!!” Nice. Isn’t it? Please think twice before dealing with them. For me, I’m done! never ever again with this company

   If you're planning to have a kitchen made, and you want the absolute best service, by the most professional and helpful staff out there - look no further. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mick and Abbey, who were both brilliant from day one. Abbey, in particular was absolutely fantastic to work with. She gave me great advice and tips, not only on the kitchen itself, but she suggested wall colours, tiles and patterns, shelving, light fittings...! She even made me a plan for a worktop I wanted to order elsewhere. The works. And all the while, she made the whole process a joy. I looked forward to the phone calls! Abbey also went above and beyond when some of my measurements changed. She was quick to find a creative solution to my very limited kitchen space, and I could not be happier with the result. It's better than I could have hoped for. Thank you Howdens Stafford

   Made multiple mistakes in our kitchen plans then denied all knowledge and were extremely reluctant to rectify, including even trying to blame us for their measurements. Also provided glass doors with scratched glass in them, we waited until the doors had been installed before removing the plastic so as to protect the glass and therefore didn't know they were scratched. They ultimately acknowledged that they arrived scratched and that it wasn't our fault but won't pay for them to be refitted. I'm sure if we'd taken the plastic off at time of fitting we would have been blamed for the damage. Extremely poor service, especially for the price, avoid.
