   I visited the store to purchase a pair of curtains but ended up buying curtains and 6 pillows for my lounge totalling to £180. I kindly asked the male cashier if he had a bag or even a bin liner so that I could put some of the pillows in as I was struggling to get to the till let alone to my car. He replied "you can purchase a bag for £5' i was very shocked at his response after spending this amount. Maybe next time I will take my custom to the range as its so much cheaper.

   Earlier this morning was the first time I've used this shop,on arrival I spoke to what seems 2 be a polite female member of staff. (Little women). She directed me to click and collect. I sorted it out,then I needed some wire to hang me net curtains. Having found some. Making my way to the till to pay for the wire was a challenge,as their seem to be shelves without any lay out. As I navigated my way around the shelves,a member of staff must have thought I was walking towards the exit,and shouted YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE. at that point,other customers turned around and looked directly at me. How humiliatingly. If the layout of their shelves wasn't so bad,I'd be able to see how to get to the tills. I won't be going there again.

   Easy parking. Good shop well stocked. Found all we wanted. It was hard struggling to find the fitted sheets that we wanted as there were so many to choose from. Who knew there are so many types. Such a wide range of prices too.

   I went there with my 10 months old baby yesterday. I was struggling to put the baby and push chair into the trolley. Thankfully, I had Emma's help. She came up second floor helping me and put my push chair away by the till, so I can enjoy my shopping in Dunelm. She is such a lovely lady. I really appreciate for the help. Thank you Emma xx

   Shops a bit of a mess at the moment, many displays seem to be overflowing or knocked over. We only used this store because the item we wanted wasn't in stock elsewhere. May just be the seasonal business
