   I went in with my 2 brothers on New Years Day. I was purchasing an item which I did. As I was walking around there was this one worker with blonde hair who was just following us and watching us the whole time for no reason at all. Even when we went to the checkouts she was at the end of an aisle watching us check out. Extremely rude and weird.

   We recently had a new kitchen. The service was brilliant. The design was bang on. The price point was the best of 3 quotes by far. The design team were really good and went above and beyond. Big shout out to Ruth who dealt with the finishing quote , design and order. And Helen who got the ball rolling. No problems what so ever. The fitters also went above and beyond. The whole kitchen was fitted in a week. Would highly reccomend.

   Having decided I needed a new kitchen, I looked at a few options but made the decision to go with B&Q for a few reasons. The kitchen designer Ruth was extremely helpful in assisting me in planning the best layout, B&Q offer a long guarantee and at the time they had a 20% discount. The deliveries were also very good, keeping me regularly updated. During the build a few issues came to light but Ruth sorted them without any quibbles. Now the kitchen is complete, I couldn't be happier with the design and my decision.

   Attended for some help. I'd bought a glass light fitting & a bulb separately & needed an attachment. I visited once with my husband & left without asking for help. Today i had excellent assistance! I'm so glad i asked for help. The colleague also assisted me with paint, pointing out the offers type of paint & how i could test the colour on paper 1st at home. Look out for a short bright red haired lady with glasses, I should have remembered her name. She assisted 2 other ladies, mixing paint (a beautiful pink), providing wallpaper samples in white & grey & was serving two men who looked like decorators as i left.

   I just want to shout out to Jen, who offered us loads of advice on which loo to buy today. It's so nice and unusual to get really good customer service without having to search for staff. Thank you Jenny. Edit to include Bernie. We visited last Sunday and she really made us laugh. It's a joy to shop here with such lovely staff.

   Generally well stocked and conveniently situated DIY store. Stock most of what you need. Only disadvantages are the sometimes very steep pricing (especially hardware like screws and bolts) and the small plants section. Otherwise a good store that is open late and will generally stock what you need

   I attended this site on a 4hr breakdown to have a look at a fork truck. I arrived at the back gate to gain access where I had to call the store. I spoke with a lady called Kerry and I explained what I was there for. she then spoke to me in a very rude manner "what, at this time. it's nearly 6 o'clock". I said that's fine ill go home and not fix your truck. I proceeded around to the front of the store to try and get this job completed. I then met with Kerry who then carried on speaking to me in a rude manner . This is not the way to talk to a member of public and engineer who has gone out of their way to provide a good service, to get the equipment up and running. Overall experience was very poor from Kerry the 'manager' on shift at the time. I will also contact the complaints department to put in a formal complaint against Kerry.

   Absolutely awesome service from a lady called Laura!!! I bought a rather bulky product that had a massive fault on it,so I called & explained that I'm in a wheelchair & had no way to bring it back(other than paying someone to bring it back for me) she sorted everything out for me over the phone. I've literally never had service as good as this since my accident & it was nice to find a large company with some empathy for once. I recommend this shop 100% & will purchase every garden/diy product I ever need in the future from them. Keep up the good work, once again, many thanks Laura!!!!

   The store is very clean, light and airy. I found the aisles well signed which helped me negotiate efficiently despite my disabilities. I bought what I needed plus two items I didn't think I needed. Self service tills we're easy to use. Supermarkets could learn from this!
