   I enjoy visiting M&S Stafford toliets and cafe is always clean an tidy, Allways good dates on the food in the food hall, quality clothing that lasts worth the money payed only thing recommend I’d more plus size clothing in store size 18/20/22/24 as I don’t really do online shopping

   I love M&S in Stafford and buy most of my family’s clothes here. I was so disappointed today to find a much reduced range of children’s clothes and no shoes for children. I understand from a colleague there this is a trial. Please reconsider this M&S, I love your children’s clothes!

   Fantastic customer service from Bev today that went above and beyond for me. I was feeling frazzled in the bra fitting rooms and she approached to see if I needed help. Found out I've been wearing completely the wrong size and have purchased 3 new bras thanks to Bev, all soooo comfortable and supportive. Thank you so much!

   Good selection of personal and household items .lifts and elevators plus safe underground parking good food hall where you can get most food and drink items . Excellent fresh veg and herbs ranges. Fresh fish and meat plus deli and cheese counters. Excellent clean fresh toilet facilities and cafe serving coffee and snacks plus easy lunch options. Poor security with shop lifting taking place while l was there .

   In my opinion M&S has gone to the dogs. Fresh vegetables are tasteless! Fruit the same. Lots of product's have very high saturated fats and full of palm oil! Dates on stock not great. Stock on the shelves isn't to a high standard anymore. Overall produce has gone poor. Completely overpriced! Only reason I give it 2 stars is because bakery is good! A once great British high street retailer is no more!

   Had avocado with poached egg on sourdough toast. Avocado was stone cold, toast was just white bread, eggs were luke warm. Waited in long queue to place order only one till open as usual even though more than 10 people in queue. Won't be back here for food.

   Nice store overall, good choice of food and clothes, however some staff on food checkout are rude and arrogant. A few weeks ago male staff member told us loudly to 'wait a minute' before loading shopping onto checkout and today an older woman on the checkout took ages talking to the customer in front of us despite a queue building then did not say one word to us when serving us - not even please or thank you. In fact she was having a conversation with another checkout operator while we waited for our receipt - plain rude and not good for M and s reputation.
