Loving the reduced pricing in place on the clothes. It now suits the standards of some of the stock! When me and my wife were in at the weekend the shop was a damn mess, untidy, unorganized and clothes all over the floor. A very unprofessional bloke took my donations and i could then hear him moaning about the stuff i'd given. Thanks for the experience Katharine House Hospice

Amazing charity shop, probably one of the best I have ever been to. Large selection of furniture of great quality and pricing.

I was extremely upset when I took a large amount of new items with tags to donate to the Noak Bridge shop. I unloaded my car on to 2 trolleys provided. I went to park my car with the intention of going into the shop to browse. On walking back to the car i noticed a man wheel one of the trolleys to the skips and throw it all into without even looking inside the bags. I approached him and asked why had he thrown it all away. He denied it! I watched him!! If I had known that this is what you do with donations I would've given them to another shop or person who would've made good use of them.

Giving one is being generous. We used to love this shop but i dont think we will bother going again. It used to be a lovely shop. Everything was organised, easy to shop, very well presented and really well merchandised. When we went in the shop smelt especially the childrens clothes area. It was disgusting and has really put me off buying anything. There was not one single toy that wasnt broken or had something missing. My youngest picked up some activity books with half of the content completed or scribbled in and oldest daughter found smelly mouldy books over with the adults. I did tell a member of staff what i thought and she just shrugged her shoulders at me and walked away. I used to manage a charity shop myself so i know what kind of donations you get but also know that stinky dirty items can be recycled. I also overheard another customer complaining about sub standard adult clothes. I think i'll stick to the Dougie Mac when that opens in hanley. They are cheaper and have higher standards
