The shop covers many items that you may need for the home. The stock is well organised. I was after a blind on my last trip and there was a good selection, Venetian, roller, vertical. Also many curtain options. There is a decent selection of haberdashery too and spray pains. Well priced cafe.

Visited the Pausa cafe today. The efficiency of the staff and quality of the food was superb. So much so I went back to ask the two girls if I could treat them to a coffee. They politely declined so I thought I’d just leave a public appraisal of the two young ladies who gave great service today. Katie and Sam I believe their names were. Well done.

I recently visited Dunelm in Wolstanton, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the cashier was polite and helpful, the overall service from the shop floor staff and management was absolutely terrible. It felt as though they were indifferent to customer needs, which was quite disappointing. To add to the frustration, the staff in the café seemed more interested in their mobile phones than in serving customers. This lack of attentiveness made the entire visit feel unwelcoming and unprofessional. Given this experience, I would not return to this location. It’s a shame, as I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience. I would recommend that management take immediate steps to improve staff engagement and customer service to avoid losing more customers in the future. Even one star is to good for this absolutely terrible place

What a fantastic store, I purchased a nice new mat for the back door, a Addis spray mop and a extra large throw for the sofa. What a lot of choice of goods for the home under one roof. Visit again this Saturday purchase an ottoman for the dog toys and some more throws for the sofa. A great place to go for household goods.

Dunelm at Fenton is a great store, so many varieties of products, love to browse. Bought many things there the latest being curtains, great quality, reasonable price. An older lady, helping people as you came in was great, she helped a lot which was much appreciated, unfortunately I cant remember her name.

Great variety of household products. Reasonable prices with some good reductions. Went for some net curtains which had to be cut to size and the gent was very helpful. Have been before for various items and I will go again.

Trying to find a specific quilt cover. No go as its winter stock and all out. Boohoo. Its a large place I must say! Such a lot of stuff. You could spend a fortune! Plenty of parking and disabled parking right outside. I presume there's a lift, but I used the stairs. Unfortunately the ladies toilets leave a lot to be desired. Didn't look in the disabled toilet, but I noticed there was one.

Was totally blown away by my visit to this store, a gentleman who had clearly a bit to much to drink, literally walked (stumbled) right pass me, went to the electrical items section, picked up a big box and then proceeded to slipp through a very tight corner near the exit and walked straight out of the store, nothing beeped...no staff, no security....I called on two staff on the upstairs bit told them what was happening (they saw the guy leave) but didn't seem interested and then eventually when they sauntered down the stairs...said they couldn't go after the individual as they had left the store.... dumbfounded!!!

My family & I visited the Wolstanton branch this morning. We looked forward to having a coffee & cake, but on arrival the floor area was covered with food & bits from the previous day. It had not been cleaned before opening. This should of been done before letting customers in, even if they had to just wait an extra 10 mins (I don’t think anyone would of minded), or at least someone should of been dealing with getting it cleaned up. The staff in the cafe did not seem at all bothered by how it looked. Instead you lost custom, as other customers saw what we saw and decided not to stay either.
