   My daughter and I have just had the two bedrooms and stairs done. The two carpet fitters did a very good job they worked very hard and the carpets were down very quickly, the only negative thing was my daughters bed was taken apart and we had a real struggle putting it together, apart from that it was great. We just wish there had been a service to help move furniture.

   Bought two breakfast bat stools. Ordering was easy and straight forward. Notification said I could be waiting up to 3 weeks which I was willing to do as the items were perfect for me. To my surprise they arrived 2 days later. Easy to put together and they are perfect as expected. Definitely recommend following this experience. I'll be back!

   Ordered some sun loungers in March, still haven't received them and we are now the first week in October. We were very rarely kept updated with the delivery unless I prompted them for an update. No offer of a refund. I feel waiting over 6 months for delivery is unacceptable, they are blaming the situation on obtaining containers in the far East, this is not acceptable and I work in export and you can always obtain containers, yes the shipping costs have increased but there is no issue for shipping. Please avoid this company, I am absolutely gutted that 6 months on I still have nothing to show after spending nearly £1000.

   I ordered 2 mattresses last minute in a panic and needed them before Christmas. I was kept updated with date for delivery, I then had options for the delivery which suited me best, the delivery was actually earlier than I thought which was amazing!!    Having purchased furniture from Patten's Furniture in the past, I chose them again when replacing our 3 piece suite. The salesman showed us the selection of suites, explaining build quality, different fabrics etc, and the different prices and left us to look round. We picked the suite we liked and arranged a delivery date. The new suite was delivered and installed in our living room at the time and day as promised. All in all, another first class service. I recommend Patten's Furniture.
