“Replaced a battery iPhone 13 mini. Dropped of phone and took a hour to replace battery. The battery is working well and battery life is now similar to when phone was new. Very happy. Very pleased with service and would highly recommend. On first contact gave me a price was a good price and explained potential risk of fitting new battery. When I dropped of phone he again ensured I was aware of potential risks particularly around a cracked screen as significant heat would need to be applied and if there was a weakness screen likely crack. I was having to charge my phone twice a day went ahead with new battery.”

The male Halfords worker was prompt in attendance following purchase, he was polite and courteous, he was clear in verbal instructions requiring me to turn on lights, pop car bonnet etc, and he was clear in explaining results and that all would be emailed to me the same day.
