I brought my laptop to I Mend Gadget that needed a screen change and Wasem handled it. It's in impeccable shape and form now. It feels almost brand new. I'm very grateful.
This is the worst place I have ever been. They repaired my Oppo phone's screen but they dent the back of my phone and the staff that handed my phone to me hurriedly gave me the phone and told me to pay the balance but didn't tell me that they dent the back of my phone. I noticed it myself, told the staff, he promised to order for a phone cover for me to compensate for my dent phone back and that he would give me a call to come and collect it. But alas! it's a big lie. I give them zero star. Bad customer service.
It's a good service and they give the customers priority a lots. Whenever come I got good support and service from them. So, I appreciate to come to this shop and enjoy the service which is great for customers.
Phone died and they took 30 minutes to swap the screen. Reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend
I bought an iPhone at this shop for £540 and it has been the worst experience. The battery degraded extremely fast and now barely lasts a few hours. When I tried to claim the warranty they promised me at the time of purchase, they told me the battery is not covered. Completely unacceptable for a phone at this price! On top of that, the charger they sold me as “Apple original” broke after only two months. I honestly believe they pretend to sell official Apple products when they are not, because the replacement battery they showed me clearly didn’t look genuine. And they still wanted to charge me £50 for that questionable battery. ⚠️ Be careful if you buy here! I absolutely do not recommend this place. I won’t be coming back and I warn other customers so they don’t go through the same bad experience. This shop should review its warranty policies, sell genuine products, and offer serious after-sales service if they don’t want to keep losing customers.

I had an issue with my Google pixel 6 the lens was cracked, I went into the store and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. They replaced the camera module and helped resolved my issue for a fair price. If you have any issues with your phone I would recommend them. Thanks, RC
***3 weeks later the phone stopped working for NO reason the shop man blamed ME. And did not honour the guarantee. Desperate, i payed ANOTHER 80POUNDS.. This time the phone lasted the same 3 weeks until it rained, Purple has begun to spread over my screen and once i turned it off and on again it got worse, now i have a white line, verticaly down my screen. The man said I broke it! And that its a crack. (Its not a crack) Im no liar nor am i dishonest. It was 80pounds the 1st time i had it fixed and had to beg for help and got the second fix for 70 pounds but STILL only lasted 3 weeks until it rained. To add, im a grown up and take good care of all my phones, my phones last for years! Ive since contacted trading standards and am part of an investigation.. **Do not pay for fixes from this Company** The 1yr Warenty is NOT honoured and is VERY VAGUE. They say they will fix it if its there fault!but they will always say its YOUR fault AGAIN.. DO NOT go here to have your screens replaced..
Absolutely phenomenal service, they really went above and beyond what you would expect from a phone repair service. Located in shopping centre next to body care, the first thing you will notice about this repair centre compared to the competitors in the area is it fact that this place oozed professionalism and you really feel confident after speaking to their professionals working at the front desk. staff was amazing, explained everything to me, I really trusted his opinion, something that is rare for me. Couldn't recommend enough, amazing from start to finish , I will be back. Best place to Go if you need your screen repaired urgently.
