Today 5/9/25 I went to buy 9 bags of gravel . They all had splits in them which was a nuisance but a lovely staff member helped my son put them in new bags . Helped us at the till and even loaded them into the car for us ! They are always helpful anyway and friendly . This lady went above and beyond . Thankyou .
Connor and Adam in Timber were absolutely phenomenal, I had a D.I.Y project I was trying to complete and they happily assisted. I really appreciated their expert advice!! The cuts they made were very precise and their recommendations made my project so much easier!
5 stars for a lovely young staff member, who leant me his phone, when my husband waiting in our car, with mine, had disappeared from the car park. Totally dumbfounded, this young lad jumped to my rescue, when he could hear me asking a random, reluctant stranger, for use of his. This young man, sorting trollies, didn't want to see me stranded, he said. I'm very grateful to him. His whole demeanor was friendly and helpful. B and Q had hired well. As for my hubby, being a man if a certain age, he had gone to find a public convenience. Men!!
Went to get wallpaper from store and found it difficult to match up each roll to pair up to the right batch, until Caroline came and sorted it for us. Extremely helpful and pleasant, as all the other employees were. Thank you. Dereck
Good size DIY store with a large range of everything the regular DIYer needs. Useful addition is a sheet material cutting service. The guy operating the saw knows what he's doing and cuts to exact dimensions.
This is our local DIY shop and it is always good - ample parking, well stocked, etc. Today we went in for some paint to touch up some walls we've filled some holes in. What an excellent service at the paint matching counter! The member of staff was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and the paint was perfect. Thank you! ❤️
