    “I bought a small Nano Quad drone at the Spirit of Xmas Fair for my son’s Xmas present and it did not work when he opened it. Having read some of the reviews on here I was concerned at how this would be dealt with but I can’t rate them high enough. I got a quick response from Rachel and having sent this back, they replaced it with a bigger model, the X Cam Quadropter as they were out of stock of the Nano Quad.
