   Took my company phone to get a screen replacement this morning , 40min wait which was good as I needed it ASAP to get in touch with my customers. Competitive price. There is tiny chip on the frame called in 1hour after for it to be either replaced or so and the gentleman said bring it they will sort it out for me, after a few hours I've decided just to leave it as it is it isnt gonna kill my OCD. Called in again to let them know I wont be coming in tomorrow and the gentleman insisted to bring so they can sort it out. Very great service much appreciated. Will use in the future

   Terrible service avoid at all cost. Left my phone with Gadget to have battery replaced, said it would take half hour, went to collect said it would take another hour. Had to leave phone with as I was unable to wait or collect next day due to work. When I went to shop next day they tried to say my wife had already picked up phone, so I produced receipt, and after hassle for another hour got phone back, but back was destroyed where they removed glue. Make a long story short took phone home, battery they fitted lasted about a week. Not satisfied. If I could leave no stars that would be my rating.

   I went into gadget exchange Saturday 04/02/2023, too see if the could fix my Samsung phone not charging. The person on the counter said it just needs a service at a cost of £15. I agread to the service and collected the mobile phone 20 minutes later. Great it was fixed and charging correctly. Very happy. I'm a pensioner and do not get many calls. The first call after the service Saturday afternoon I could hear the caller but the caller could not hear me. I could hear if I put it on speaker phone. I returned to the shop this morning and the explanation given was the charging port is not connecting with the speaker. They said the part needs replacing at a cost of £45. 100 % there was no fault when receiving calls before the repair. Make your on mind. Not a good service in my opinion as I declined the offer to repair at £45 as no real technical or inspection taken place just both assistants just looked at the mobile externally and came up with the fault prognosis by vision and possible experience.
