   The door fell off our Bosch washing machine. As it was over 4 years old, we took the door and hinge to Joe Graham. Within 10 minutes we were given a new door with hinge and only charged for the 2 parts of the broken frame (as they could build a new door with the good parts of the old door). What brilliant service. This is why we buy our appliances from Joe Graham. They are happy to help fix the problem as they have a great service department. Many thanks.

   I had a problem with my washing machine as it wouldn’t empty. I phoned Joe Graham and was so pleased that I could get through immediately and speak to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. My machine was repaired the next day. I previously wanted to replace my dishwasher and had ordered from another well known supplier. When it was delivered they said they couldn’t get to the pipes and were unable to install it. I cancelled my order and asked the guy who fixed the washing machine for his advice. He said it was not a problem, and the next day my new dishwasher from Joe Graham arrived and is now installed. Excellent service! Cannot praise them highly enough.
